Skins in CS25. Airlock
-13%
Introduced back in CS:GO seven years ago as part of the Gamma 2 Case, the MP9 Airlock, designed by community artist "Phrexeus," has become a standout favorite and it stands as one of CS2's most sought-after MP9 skins. Classified as a rare drop with a 3.2% chance among 237 other SMG skins, the Airlock is both affordable, priced between $0.88 and $18.87, and widely available, too. Featuring a versatile float value range of 0.00 to 1.00 and a "Custom Paint Job" style, the Airlock allows for extensive customization in a full spectrum of colors, with no impact from different pattern indexes.
4. Mount Fuji
-6%
Added to CS:GO about two years ago as part of the Operation Riptide Case, the MP9 Mount Fuji, crafted by community designer "Khan," has swiftly become a highly coveted item. The Mount Fuji is affordable, priced between $1.47 and $13.86. Featuring a float value range of 0.00 to 0.55 and an "Anodized Airbrushed" style with the Mount Fuji finish, this skin offers a unique aesthetic with a pink tint. It's a fairly popular choice in the community for the MP9 slot and also owned by several professional players such as coldzera or s1mple.
3. Wild Lily
Introduced to CS:GO four years ago with the "Operation Shattered Web" update, the MP9 Wild Lily, a Classified rarity skin from The St. Marc Collection, is an uncommon find with an estimated drop chance of 3.2% among 237 SMG skins. Despite its rarity, the Wild Lily has garnered average popularity, boasting a fairly high rating based on daily sales and pricing. Priced between about $1,150 and more than $2.000, it stands as an exceptionally expensive skin, yet it remains widely available with 2.6K units in public CS2 inventories. With a float value range of 0.00 to 0.70, the Wild Lily offers a customizable "Custom Paint Job" style with a purple tint. Even though visually it's a great option for the MP9 slot, this skin is ridiculously expensive compared to the other skins on this list, so we'll put this one on the number three slot.
2. Hot Rod
-19%
Introduced to CS:GO a decade ago with the "Out with the old, in with the new" update, the MP9 Hot Rod, originating from the Berlin 2019 Mirage Souvenir Package, has become an immensely popular item with a 90% rating based on daily sales and pricing. Priced between $61.48 and $72.76, it stands as a relatively affordable skin, currently widely available with 28K units in public CS2 inventories. With a float value range of 0.00 to 0.08, the Hot Rod is available in Factory New and Minimal Wear, with Souvenir versions for each exterior. Painted in an "Anodized" style with the Hot Rod finish, featuring a red tint, the skin's appeal is evident and it's owned by a few noticable professional players, as well, such as coldzera, f0rest and fer.
1. Starlight Protector
-13%
Introduced fairly recently in terms of CS skins, just a year ago with the "Dreams & Nightmares Case" update, the MP9 Starlight Protector, crafted by community designer "TheDanidem," has swiftly risen to extreme popularity, boasting very high figures in daily sales and pricing. Priced affordably between $1.43 and $53.78, it's widely available, with 252.1K units in public CS2 inventories. The Starlight Protector, with a float value range of 0.00 to 0.80 and a "Gunsmith" finish featuring a pink and white color scheme, appeals to a broad audience. Not only is this skin available from just a little under $1.50, but it's visual appearance has been massively improved along the transition from CS:GO to CS2 with the new Source 2 engine. Especially the white and grey areas of the Starlight Protector now appear to be very alive and work very well with the realistic lighting as well as shadows in the new game. For all the different reasons mentioned, this MP9 skins deservedly achieves the #1 spot on this list.
