CS:GO Spring Loadout

Spring is often considered to be the season of new beginnings. With flowering plants and fresh green leaves on trees, it might be the right time to also create a fitting CS:GO loadout around this theme.

AK-47 | Wild Lotus

AK-47 | Wild Lotus

While expensive, the AK-47 Wild Lotus is a perfect centerpiece for our loadout. With its floral theme and the mainly green color scheme, it encapsulates the spring vibe perfectly. The intricate flowers and the relatively simple leaf background make this skin a real sight to behold. Introduced during Operation Shattered Web, this AK-47 is the covert grade skin on the St. Marc collection. This means that this skin was only available from drops for the duration of Operation Shattered Web. Ever since then, the only way to receive this skin is from trade-up contracts. With rising prices on all of the skins from this collection, this is usually not a viable option though. Seeing this skin in games is therefore not very common.

While this skin looks best in Factory New, the skin relatively forgiving when it comes to wear, so even Minimal Wear and Field-Tested skins will still look good with minimal scratches on the main body of the gun.

If you want to get your hands on one of these beautiful AK-47’s, the easiest way is to simply buy it. Skinport offers you an easy way to purchase this amazing skin with just a few clicks and zero fees. The price you see is the price you pay.

Shadow Daggers | Gamma Doppler (Phase 2)

Shadow Daggers | Gamma Doppler (Phase 2)

Picking a knife to go with a loadout is always the hardest part, as there are so many different options available in CSGO. With the AK Wild Lotus as the core item of our loadout, the choice becomes a bit simpler though, as a green-themed knife would be the best match. This basically leaves us with the Gamma Doppler finish, which comes in 4 different phases and the emerald gemstone finish.

While there are many different knives with the Gamma Doppler finish available, we decided to go with the Shadow Daggers in Phase 2. The daggers are still the most unique type of knife in CSGO, as it offers a small dagger each hand, creating a distinct look. While many people overlook the shadow daggers, they are a real eye-catcher with their beautiful green finish. And the best part: Shadow Daggers are some of the cheapest knives you can get, making this a great choice, even if you are on a budget.

Desert Eagle | Emerald Jörmungandr

Desert Eagle | Emerald Jörmungandr
Desert Eagle | Emerald Jörmungandr

The Emerald Jörmungandr is the obvious choice for the Desert Eagle. The green color scheme fits in perfectly with our other skins. While the skin actually depicts the world serpent “Jörmungandr”, the artwork can also be seen as a tendril that grew around the gun. No matter which way you look at it, the finish is beautiful while not being overly flashy, creating a unique look.

As part of the Norse Collection, this skin was also a limited-time skin from Operation Shattered Web, so there is no way to unbox this skin yourself. With slowly diminishing numbers of this skin around due to trade-up contracts, this skin should hold its value and might even become more expensive in the future, making it a great choice to buy. Even though this skin comes in all 5 conditions, we would suggest grabbing a Factory New one. The prices are not too far apart, so going for the best look is an easy choice.

G3SG1 | New Roots

G3SG1 | New Roots

The G3SG1 New Roots was introduced during Operation Riptide, the latest CSGO operation. With new roots sprouting out in spring, this skin is a perfect match for our theme. While the G3SG1 is not one of the lesser-used guns in matches, not including this skin would feel wrong. It features an intricate design with vines and flowers all over the gun and scope. The color scheme is a bit more earthy, which fits the name “New Roots” quite well.

While the best look can once again only be achieved with a skin in Factory New condition, a Minimal Wear or Field-Tested skin is also fine if you do not plan to actually use the gun that often. Since the skin is still relatively new and there are still many up for sale, the price should not be a limiting factor on this skin. You are able to save even more by buying the skin on Skinport!

Nova | Bloomstick

Nova | Bloomstick
Nova | Bloomstick

With its cherry blossom theme, this Nova skin is another perfect addition to our loadout. Spring is the time of the cherry blossom, so this was an easy pick for our loadout. The floral theme also fits in well with the skins we have so far while adding a bit more red color into the mix. Introduced in the eSports Summer Case 2014, this skin is relatively old and not often seen in matches. If you are looking for a splash of color in your spring-themed loadout and want to give a lesser-known skin a try, the Nova Bloomstick is the perfect choice!

The Factory New version of this skin is quite expensive, mainly due to its very limited float range. This is not a big problem though, as even the Factory New version is never without any scratches. The Minimal Wear version looks perfectly acceptable with a relatively low float, which can save you a lot of money. Since this skin comes from a case, it is also available in StatTrak, though at a significantly higher price.

SSG08 | Spring Twilly

Out choice for the SSG08 should also come as no surprise. With spring even in its name, the Spring Twilly is the perfect skin for this loadout. The pattern includes some floral design and offers a unique looking take on the spring theme. The white scope is also a real eye-catcher, though it is sadly easily scratched. Getting a low float Factory New version of this skin would be the best option for the loadout. Luckily, this skin was a mil-spec grade skin of the Train 2021 Collection, making it relatively common, so the prices are reasonably low. Grabbing even a super low float skin would therefore be affordable as well.

Mac-10 | Aloha

Mac-10 | Aloha
Mac-10 | Aloha

Our last skin pick is the Mac-10 Aloha. While Aloha is usually known as a Hawaiian greeting, it can also be used when parting from someone, so having it as the last skin in our list seems fitting. The intricate flower pattern with its very calm colors fits in well without thematic choice and the color scheme of our loadout.

This skin was released in the Operation Hydra Case and can therefore still be unboxed, though the case itself is much more expensive than the skin, so buying it directly would usually be the better choice. If you prefer the look of it, a StatTrak version is also available. The skin itself is available in all 5 conditions and looks relatively clean even in Field-Tested but grabbing a skin in Minimal Wear or Factory New should yield the best look.

We hope that this inspired you to take a look at some of the less-used skins and to give them a chance in your own spring-themed loadout. If you are looking to create your own loadout, you can easily buy the skins you are looking for on Skinport. With over 400.000 CSGO items for sale, you will always find the right skins for your loadout, while also saving money in the process. Why not give it a try today?
